Over the last few years I've ordered a few times and all of the times I received my order within a few days. The customer support is usually very fast and having visited their stores (the old and new one) while going on holiday in Austria I would say this one of the best online shops for cycling gear. The store is located ideally for people on cycling holiday... close to the highway.

This bike shop is as they say, \Best of BikeShops\. They don't come off super arrogant; a more down to earth atmosphere. I feel like I stepped into the states for a while. All that was missing is free coffee. Lol. I even found a great helmet, Mashaallah.

I have placed an online order that has remained as the status “not yet processed” for four days now. I have emailed twice to get an answer as to what the hold up is and have received zero response. The money has been charged to my account but I have not even received a confirmation email of any kind. This is very disappointing considering I paid the significant additional charge of express shipping hoping I would have my order by mid next week. I was impressed with the selection but I am left very disappointed by the service.
